Re-imagining a Coastal Legacy

For nearly 100 years, the industrial property located at 20101 Goldenwest Street in Huntington Beach has been home to safe, responsible energy production. Now, California Resources Corporation (CRC), the property owner, is charting a new course—one that re-imagines this historic industrial land into a dynamic, coastal community.

This plan is about more than redevelopment—it's about revitalization. By pursuing a zoning change through the City of Huntington Beach, CRC aims to transform the property from its current industrial use to a blend of high-quality housing, resort-style hospitality, retail and dining, and open space and parks.

We want to hear from you!

CRC is committed to ongoing community engagement to ensure the project reflects the priorities of the Huntington Beach community.
